- Download the application form from Kwangwoon Center for Korean Language and Culture website.
- Prepare the required documents. (Either in Korean or in English)
- Either visit KCKLC or send by mail to submit the application form and required documents.

Yeongu-building 803, Kwangwoon University, 20 Kwangwoon-ro, Nowon-Gu Seoul, 139-701, Korea - Applicants are notified of the screening results.
- Pay the tuition fee through wire transfer to the following bank account.
* Account Number : Hana Bank 244-910004-39305
(Account Holder : Kwangwoon Center for Korean Language and Culture)
* Please contact the office after remitting the tuition fee. - Receive the letter of admission.
- Apply for a visa at Korean embassies in the applicants' residential districts.
* Kwangwoon Center for Korean Language and Culture will act as a proxy in visa application for the applicants of Chinese nationality in China. - Obtain a visa.
- Enter Korea before the placement test date (1 week before commencement).
- * Please contact the office in case it is impossible to enter Korea before the placement test date for reasons such as problems with visa issuance.
